Facilitator

The person who has the job of making the brainstorming session run smoothly. They keep things moving and make the process easier. (Facilitate = make easier)

Flipchart

A large pad of paper supported on a three-legged structure or fixed to a wall. Often uses paper with a size of "A1" - approx 84cm x 60cm (33" x 24"). Basically, any large pad of paper which is fixed at body height so many people can gather round it and write ideas on it is good enough. Big marker pens should be used with it.
